Clam cooked with DASAVI tamarind chilli sauce
Material
- 200 g washed clam
50 g DASAVI tamarind chilli sauce
1/2 spoon of minced garlic
1/2 spoon of minced onion
01 spoon of vegetable oil
Recipe
- Boil oil, stir onion and garlic. Put clam into the pan and stir, then add 50g DASAVI tamarind chilli sauce, cook about 5 minutes on small fire.
Put it on the plate and server hot.
