Material

  • King crabs: 01 kg
    04-06 lemongrass
    03 horn chilli
    Coriander
    DASAVI lemon chilli sauce

Recipe

  • Wash crab, slice lemongrass, chilli.
    Put the crab into the pot with sliced lemongrass, chilli and 1 spoon of water.
    Steam about 05 minutes, for golden crab is okay.
    Put the crab on a plate, serve with coriander and DASAVI lemon chilli sauce.
