Material

  • Clam : 01 kg
    04 -06 lemongrass 
    03 horn chilli
    Coriander
    DASAVI lemon chilli sauce

Recipe

  • Clams soak the sand. Slice Lemongrass, chilli
    Put clam into the pot with sliced lemongrass, chilli and 1 tablespoon of water.
    Steam about 05 minutes, untill the clam is open.
    Serve clam with coriander and DASAVI lemon chilli sauce .
