chicken hotpot with ramie leaf
Material
- 01 chicken (1,5 kg), cut into bite size spieces
300 g minced ramie leaf
1/2 minced garlic
1/2 minced onion
1/4 minced chilli
01 minced lemongrass
1/4 spoon of pepper
02 spoon of salted fish sauce
200 g DASAVI tamarind chilli sauce
Vegetable oil
Rice noodle
Recipe
- Boil oil, fry garlic, onion, lemongrass, chilli.
Mix chicken with firied mix, 200g DASAVI tamarind chilli sauce about 30 minutes.
Boil oil, stir chicken until ready to eat. Add 1l water and cook 30 minutes untile checken become sòten, add ramie leaf and boil again.
Server with rice noodle.
