Salad mango
Material
- 200 g dried anchovy ( dried shrimp, dried squid)
02 green mango
Fried onion, minced garlic
Roasted peanut
Vegetable oil
Coriander, pouf herbs
DASAVI lemon chilli sauce
Recipe
- Wash dried anchovy by boiled water, put out, drained
Boil oil, stir onion & garlic and stir anchovy until it ready to eat.
When enchovy turn into golden, put it out.
Mango sliced yarrn, minced coriander, pouf herbs
Mix mango, anchovy with 05 spoon of DASAVI lemon chilli sauce. Finally, cover fried onion, peanut, Coriander, pouf herbs on
Server with rice paper or shrimp cake.
