Meat cook with egg
Material
- 300 g crop ( cut into bite size spieces)
03 eggs (chicken or duck), boiled, peeled
02 DASAVI meat or fish braise sauce 50 g
1/2 spoon of minced garlic
1/2 spoon of minced onion
01 spoon of vegetable oil
1/3 cup of filtered water
Recipe
- Mix 300 g meat with 02 DASAVI meat or fish braise sauce 50 g and vegetable oil about 30 minutes.
Boil oil, fry onion , garlic. Put marinated meat on the oven and stir until the meat are ready to eat, then add eggs + 1/3 cup of filtered water on the small fire until the sauce is concentrated.
Put them in the plate and server with hot rice
